Breakfast of Champions!

I’ve never really been a cereal for breakfast kind of girl. This is my favorite breakfast. Top Ramen with broccoli florets, and whatever protein is in the fridge. Once cooked drain 3/4 of the water and add 1/2 the flavor packet along with some lime juice. When you’re ready to eat add a large handful of microgreens and mix all together. It’s delicious and I like that I’m starting my day with veggies and greens.
